In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "n444" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at n444.biz, including all subpages, services, features, games, and promotional materials offered thereon.

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account on n444. When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to:

• Your current residential address
• A valid Pakistani mobile number

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information. Any material change in your personal details must be reported to n444 support promptly. n444 will not be liable for any loss arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the Player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised such activity, unless you have notified n444 support of a security breach prior to such activity occurring.

n444 is required under its international gaming licence to implement a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. n444 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage of a Player's account lifecycle, including at the time of registration, during gameplay, or prior to processing any promotional award.

KYC documentation typically required includes one or more of the following:

Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your n444 Account balance instantly upon confirmation of payment. The minimum deposit amount on n444 is Rs 100. n444 does not impose a standard fee on deposits. However, your payment service provider (such as your bank or mobile wallet operator) may apply their own transaction charges, for which n444 accepts no liability.

Withdrawals from your n444 Account are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real money balance (i.e., balance net of any unconverted Bonus Funds subject to active wagering requirements).
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your n444 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the Player. n444 reserves the right to correct manifest pricing errors and will void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds.
• n444 reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time, including during live play, due to technical issues, data feed interruptions, or suspected irregularities in market activity.
